David was great to work with in communicated well about the unit. Made sure all paperwork was provided and emailed to me so I could sign online without having to take extra steps to come in. Like the easy access to gate with app feature. Gave 4 out of 5 because the drive up access unit had some debris/dust inside on the floor and spiders and spiderwebs when we moved in.

Their rental fees are low, the property is very well maintained, security top notch, and David the manager was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and very efficient!! I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for over 15 years. Today the Storage Manager David was a terrific help getting a lock cut and changed on our unit. He is one of the reasons we have stayed with ESS for years. He's always pleasant and ready to help any customer who walks in the door.
