I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Although I ultimately didn’t move in because I found a permanent flex space for my business, the entire process, from reservation to my interactions with the team, was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. Based on my experience, I’d absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for storage space.

The experiencewas not good. They end up charging me more than what the person on the phone did not explain more charges fees and more I would’ve never had got the storage if I knew. then I complained the next day when I got the phone call and they said that they couldn’t refund me my money.
