I started my rental at this particular location when it was still Cube Smart and had no problems at all. Then Extra Space Storage took over and my rental went up by $25 immediately, so I moved out. A month later I saw a special on-line for the same price and unit size I had when it was Cube Smart so I rented with Extra Space Storage. A month later I moved into the next size up, 10x8, and was told that I would receive the on-line price for that size unit. When my bill came due, it was regular price so I called and the man I spoke with was beyond rude. He said, and I quote, "that price is for new renters so I don't know what to tell ya". The very next month, which is the month we're in, my rental went up $100. Yes, you're reading that correctly. They claimed it was due to the fact that they were in line with pricing at other storage facilities in the area. Hate to break it to you, but I am paying $110 LESS a month for a storage unit that's almost double in size, and it is 2 blocks away. PRICE SHOP before you rent here.
