This is a great facility. Clean, secure and I'm very happy. The one star ding is because the entry and exit pads into the facility are on the wrong side of the road to pull up and type your code. There should be a center island.

Harry showed me several units that were available before I made a decision on which size served my needs best. Then he walked me through the process for entering the propert;y and locking the unit. The unit was clean and had a light for night access. Everything went smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience with this place! They were friendly, kind, and were able to help us anytime we needed! Our move didn't go as planned and they were able to help with an extra storage unit for a short period of time as well as our longer unit. I always felt that our items were safe and secure. I highly recommend!

I was hyped very mu h by Quianna, she gave me so.e information that helped me alot. I happened to get the wrong size storage bin for all my stuff & she helped me to get into the right one by suggesting help for me to move to a larger one & everything fits with me being able to go through my things easier. I had to move & to say I was stressed would be an understatement. I realized pretty quickly that I was going to need to secure a storage unit to house my belongings. I was dreading calling & going because I had so much too do, I couldn?t spare a moment. I first secured the unit online, then quickly called to make sure it was available. This super nice women answered, & she said she?d be waiting for me, to come on over. From the moment I got there, she was a dream come true! I?m guessing she could tell I was in a great deal of stress & turmoil, but her calmness & professionalism put me at immediate ease. I think we ( she) completed all in twenty minutes!!! On the other hand, she was super thorough, so she did an amazing job, juggling both. Being quick, but knowing she had to dot i?s & cross T?s! Her name is Quiana, & I can?t speak highly enough about her. Approximately two weeks after securing my unit, I stopped in to grab a few items from my unit. After all was done my car wouldn?t start, I was panicked, having so much too do! I rushed into the office & Quiana was calm, cool, & collected as usual, calming me right down with her awesome demeanor. She thought for a moment, & without hesitation, left the room to go into a back room. She came out & said, ? we have a automatic battery charger, I?ll try & figure it out?, & SHE DID. In the long run I ended up calling AAA, but she was so kind & thoughtful, putting her customer ahead of her unfamiliarity with the charger! Not to mention that?s its not part of her job, but she was more than willing & able to help a customer!!! She went over & beyond the call of duty, sadly something we don?t see enough of today. Awesome place, Awesome Employee!!!!

I looked at several self storage places near me and Extra Storage was better than any other. I found Harry to be knowledgeable and professional. I rented a 10 x 15 unit with climate control. It was clean with easy access and high security. Could not have asked for more.

I needed a storage unit on two separate occasions over the past 4-5 years. Both times it was emergent and unexpected meaning I could not give much notice. I was unable to make a reservation and/or call ahead I just dropped in. I was handled with care and concern and my needs were accommodated without delay or hassle. I was even able to use their moving truck to relocate my belongings as it was a amenity provided with my rental. In my particular situation I didn?t have room or time for lengthy paperwork or mounting added fees. I was in and out. The grounds are neat and clean. Very well maintained. Security during entrance and exit are iron clad. My belongings remained dry secure and free of moisture, smells, bugs and vandalism.
