Be careful with this company. Moved in end of May - after agreeing to a price. I was charged $70 more, than agreed upon. They told me I had to have significant insurance in PA, which was a lie. They reluctantly adjusted to bill, but I had to go in argue with them. Not what I want to do with my spare time. Initially I thought it was just an oversight. However 4 months later they did it again, raising the price of the unit $80 per month without notice. Called and argued with them again......... They stated they send a letter in the mail, which they never did. Now this company txt's you 3 times a month with notifications, never once did they txt about the impending increase (35% increase 3 months after move in) -- These guys suck and are not worth the drama, find a different storage unit. Extra Space Storage is typically a great company, I had unit in upstate NY for 5 years, why I moved to this facility without question. But this branch it unscrupulous and sneaky.
