The lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful The only reason for not giving this place five stars Is a charge you extra for 24 hour access And also, they are a little bit pricey, compared to other options around the area My rate for my unit was $70 a month for a 10 x 5 And got a letter in the mail saying that the rent rate was going to go up to $100

I had a great experience when I bought several lockers from Extra Space Storage in Hermitage, PA. Went to pick up lockers within an hour after purchase and everything was ready and was processed quickly. The manager and staff were very nice and helpful.
