Price is great and very clean facility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would not consider the units temperature controlled as some have exposure to the outside. Biggest downside ive found though is there are no mirrors at the end of the halls. When im alone at the facility this would be a safer option as im a pregnant female. I would recommend to others but hope they add the safety mirrors.

Update: editing my review after over a year witb this location. Mario, Fred and the team have kept the space super clean! I also recommended this storage to my sister. We were happy to see a new, clean-lookimg and clean smelling facility. Mario, the store manager helped us with the move in process and was available the day to help answer questions. There are plenty of loading carts and access to the units through various parts of the building ensuring that we didn't have to haul our things across the building. The one reason for my were review is as we walked onto the top floor I saw 2 roaches, which concerned me a lot. The manager mentioned the second floor isn't well occupied and stated they are committed to having the building sprayed monthly for pests. They also stared that each unit is sprayed before use. He noted they will have the pest company come out for another evaluation and service. I am cautiously going to give it a chance. Otherwise thus far my experience has been expedient and friendly.
