Pros: nice facility - climate controlled and clean. Cons: introductory rate is quickly raised and then increased often. I started with a rate of $37.50/mo. in October of 2023 and when I left in October of 2026 I was paying $106.40 for the same 5x5 unit.

Several times I had gone to Extra Space in Middletown in times of life's transitions. Ive always felt secure with my property and while I had to rummage by myself in the unit. The facility is clean and most important, Mike and the reps I've spoken to via phone have always been so kind. The process of opening and closing the business of the unit is super easy. And they have a fantastic App!!! Thanks so much Extra Space for being there in times when I needed litteral extra time and space when life be life'n.
