Effortless from start to finish I've rented a unit with Extra Storage twice, and both experiences were excellent. Andrew was kind, personable, and helpful every time. The facility is clean and well kept, the gate opens with an app, and the temperature-controlled units are reasonably priced. Setup was quick and easy, and I could always reach a real person. Checkout was the easiest part. I didn't have to do anything. They saw the unit was empty and took care of everything. When I accidentally broke the lock on my unit, they handled it with no hassle. I'd recommend them to anyone.
