Ms. Patricia is heaven sent!!! We signed up by phone and everything seemed, mentioned that we have access to our unit until 7pm on weekdays. When we go to the location at 650pm, a customer told us we don’t have access after 630pm. Ms. Patricia greeted and told us that we don’t have access past 630pm. Fast forward, she explained to us about the rules/hours, and such. SUPER SWEET AND HELPFUL!!!
