I had moved to this location a while ago from a different provider I had been with for years. Now that I've been here a while I can post an honest review: I've had no issues whatsoever during my time here. ZERO! If I ever have questions or need any supplies, Felicia the manager is always available and always helpful. She is patient, knowledgeable and able to explain things in plain words without getting a runaround or double talk. Felicia runs this location impeccably...no trash inside or out, the lots are clean, the property is secure, it is well lit and there is always a moving cart available if you need it. Places like this are only as good as the people in charge, and this is a great one. Extra Space Storage should be extremely proud that Felicia is such an excellent representative of their company!
