I wish I had taken a picture of the facility because it was top-notch. Clean, and climate controlled as advertised. The woman who was there working, Tempest, was the best! Even at the very end of an almost 11 hour shift she was generous with her time and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Beyond that the facility is easy to access just across Gray's Ferry Bridge. The price was extremely reasonable especially when compared to other storage facilities, and for it to be so well maintained makes this a no brainer. Can't recommend enough.

Clean and well run! Tempest was amazing at keeping everything running smoothly. It was a busy drop off day and she was great about directing us on best place to park and getting carts for easy unloading.

When I arrived it was pretty busy and only one lady was working there… and she killed it! Tempest got everyone situated with their units, locks, and carts. The unit I reserved online was far from the loading station so she got me one right up front. Honestly moving my stuff into the unit couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thank you for your help Tempest!
