I chose this storage facility because it is conveniently located, clean, very well maintained, affordable as well as provide excellent customer service. However, be aware of their late fees. I had to relocate from Oklahoma to Pittsburgh and then from Pittsburgh to Florida. I've had two head injuries & suffer from short-term memory loss. I prefer to do business online but unfortunately could not access my account. It slipped my mind to contact customer service because when they are open I am asleep or working as a driver. I chatted with them today to straighten things out. I was hit with $171 in fees for Oct/Nov each $21.40 in addition to a preforclosure fee of $128.40 for a $23/unit.

Outstanding customer service at this location. Every time I’ve needed something, the office staff has been overly accommodating. They run this place with the care and consideration one might find at a hotel. Wish other places were as pleasant to work with.
