The units are clean and accessible. It was easy to sign up and smooth to move in and out. Folks should know however that the prices promoted at sign up are incredibly short lived. As a month to month facility, nothing is guaranteed. We used the facility for about a year. We got a mailed card 3 months in notifying us that our rate was increasing by 50%. Then another 4 months later we were notified our rate was increasing another 40%. So we signed up paying approx $65/month and ended up paying about $155/month for the last several months. It was frustrating but once we’d gone to the effort of moving all the stuff into this unit, moving it to another unit that most likely would operate the same way was not worthwhile. And it feels like this promote one price then raise it a few months later model banks on folks not having the energy to relocate.
