Predatory. They lure customers in with false advertising, have a salesperson talk you into renting, and then raise the rate a few months in. I talked to a salesperson for an hour when I got this unit. He didn't once mention a price increase. When I called customer service just now, they said the information is on page 4 of the contract. There's only one reason to buy it that deep in small print. Here's an idea: Be honest and tell customers up front. Don't lie to them by omission. And then you can keep your customers and not get 1 star reviews. I'm canceling my account.

Only time ever using a storage unit so nothing else to compare it to, but my experience was 5/5. I got a killer price (my unit was massive and whatever deal they had going on when I signed up for it made it cheaper than the next cheapest option at U-Haul, which was more expensive for their smallest unit). Signing up and accessing it same day was a breeze (I wound up needing to move in a rush), the office was closed for the weekend and it made no difference, was able to move in right away. Covered entryway, so bad weather is a non issue when moving stuff in or out, the parking area isn’t huge but it was never busy so even moving every thing out with a big UHaul on a weekend went smoothly, plenty of dollies to use to move your stuff, easy peasy move in and out. Only interaction I had with staff was to end my lease, and the person I spoke with was lovely and helpful. The space is super secure (two pin pads to even get to the units, plus a lock they provide) and was clean. Literally only issue I can think of is that the parking area is sloped, and the dollies don’t seem to have wheel locks on them so the carts had a tendency to try to roll off as you move stuff off of them which can be a bit of a pain, but minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Would def recommend this place to anyone looking for temp storage!
