The associates of extra space storage are very helpful in my need of taking care of paying for my monthly storage unit and opening up a new storage unit as I am about to move out of the area temporarily. I wish I could remember names I'm sorry but the person who helped me went and made sure that the storage unit was empty and clean and clear and explained to me that there was a lock for the having if I needed it. She also explained all the insurance and the monthly cost and she always has been very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience as always.
