The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I did everything on line and then arranged a day and time to get access to my storage unit. Zach called me the day before move-in just to make sure I had everything I needed and then he came and found me when we visited the unit on move in day. The building is very clean and secure. Great experience and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
