I’ve been at this location for 18 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The managers have all been excellent and the newest manager Pete might be the best. Very personable, friendly and helpful. I look forward to many more years at this location.

My experience started out good until after less than 6 months of renting my fee went up over 50%. Terrible bait and switch tactic that reflects poorly on my outlook of this company. A warning to future renters considering using Extra Space Storage

Employees are polite and helpful. The facility works in a pinch if you need a month or two of storage but I would not recommend for anything long term. The hill makes getting in and out difficult in good weather and caused closures with zero access during bad winter weather. They did not clear snow from directly in front of units unless specifically requested. In the past we have also had issues with ice forming at the bottom of the unit doors making units inaccessible due to the construction of the facility. It's also very inconvenient when raining since there are no gutters leading to the water dripping directly on you and your belongings at the entrance to the units. Half the facility was in the dark at night and took calling to get the lights put on. Special promo pricing skyrocketed to above new tenant pricing after 3 months. Required 30 day notice of increase wasn't provided, they could see it wasn't 30 days, yet still went forward with the increase. There are far too many options in the area with better pricing and more convenience.
