Do not store any belongings at this facility! The indoor, climate controlled units are infested with rats. The hallways and units literally smell of rodent urine, and the ground is covered in feces. Several times, we heard rats running through the HVAC ducts. The ductwork tape is now falling from the ceiling, and rat feces are literally stuck to the tape. The facility did nothing to address the significant infestation. To top it off, last month, we were notified that due to market analysis and demand, our monthly rate for our 5x5 unit (the smallest size available) was being increased from $70/month to $130/month….which is comical considering the condition of this storage facility. We could not get out of there quick enough!
