Had a wonderful experience. John was welcoming and polite. He was knowledgeable and I was finish signing up for my storage unit before my lunch break was over. John was amazing representative. However the prices are extremely high and not affordable. I needed extra space for my holiday decorations, but I realized it would be cheaper to buy new items yearly than to pay over 200 per month. Customer Service is great, but the prices are ridiculous.
