I was helped today by Mary, the site manager, and she made my experience so welcoming! She opened the door for me not once, but twice, which was such a thoughtful touch and different from my experiences at other storage facilities. I’m currently moving and wasn’t sure which unit would fit my belongings, so she let me look at it before making a decision. When I realized it wouldn’t work, she quickly switched the unit and was so kind and patient about it. My phone was also about to die, and she let me use her charger, which was soooo kind because I really needed my phone once I was done! She went over the contract, explained the important details, and made sure I understood exactly how to access my unit to make the process easy. I asked what her role was, and she told me she was the site manager. She definitely does an amazing job in her role! Thank you, Mary, for being so thoughtful and making one part of moving so much easier!
