They were extremely kind and helpful when I had to push my dates back when I got injured and then let me know when the amount of units was low, so I could actually begin the rental. This saved me money, time and a lot of headaches! Plus the environment was clean and easy access for me, as I have disabilities which can make things difficult to access and do. Update: 8/30/24 Their worker CJ was friendly and really helped me out on getting things current after having been pushed back financially due to medical reasons. It feels really good to be caught up and that may not have happened anytime soon without the help of CJ. :)

Extra Space Storage is second to none. They do an amazing job at all their facilities, they’re very competitive and their properties are always clean, neat straight and organized. The management at the location that I go to in Indian land South Carolina was a pleasure to work with. Hope to be with them for many years to come!

Our family has rented a storage unit 2 separate times at Extra Space. The storage units are clean, leak free and easy to access. The staff have always been very professional and willing to help in any way that they can. I needed a receipt of our previous rental from 6 months ago and they were happy to help me out!! Great place for storage!!
