I called ahead to get the specifics on a space to park my car. They said sure we can accommodate you. They gave me a gate code over the phone. I was looking everywhere for the gate that didn't exist, as the woman working never briefed me on how things worked since they already had my money. I got there and I guess a drunk person placed the pillars in front of the garage doors because they did not line up. Instead of 10 feet wide, it reduced the space to about 7.5 feet. Newer cars wont engage in unsafe maneuvers, so I couldn't wven attmpt to drive ahead. I imagine the woman working here has had several peple bring this to her attention from the manner in which she responded.
