I rented my unit online. Shortly after, James from Extra Space Storage on W Main in Lexington called me. He asked me to come by the office and see him. I believe he saw me walking in & noticed me limping badly. The unit I had rented was about a 1000ft walk from any door. He showed me a handicap unit close to a door & it even had an extra handle, which is great for me at 4'11 w/ a handicapped arm! And it saved me a few bucks a month vs the one I rented online. Now that is FANTASTIC customer service! James should definitely be commended for his outstanding care of his customers. I would highly recommend this storage location to anyone! Great pricing, clean indoor facility, climate control, & great customer service!

James was friendly and welcoming. He listened closely to my needs, showed me what worked best for me and got me squared away in a matter of about 20 minutes. Super easy to deal with; if you need “Extra Space Storage” (see what I did there? :-) ) he’s the guy to see!
