The whole process was easy, renting, accessing the unit and even closing out/moving out - very easy and all done online. 5 stars for the ease of the process, facility and gate were great too. Competitive pricing for the area.....price did increase a few times in a year (one was the move in offer expired, the other was just a price hike, but still competitive for what you are renting).

My experience has been that most storage units play the pricing game-low first month and then double and triple fast. They work with you to find the best solution to prevent consistent increases every 6 months. great customer service!

We rented a climate controlled unit for the summer to store our son’s college stuff. We live very far away & traveling with all of his college necessities would have been very expensive and challenging. Extra space was affordable, and very easy to work with. I found tremendous value in their willingness to accept shipped packages & place them in our unit until we arrived. We will definitely use them during future summer breaks.
