Today I had an issue with my storage space. I called Extra Space, and spoke with Amy. She truly went above and beyond helping me. I am so very grateful to her! Also, there are a few other things I like about Extra Space as compared to other storage companies I have used. First, that have very good security. You have to enter your code to get in to the building, and again to take the elevator. As a female, this makes me feel much safer than a storage facility that just has a gate (that can easily be jumped.) Also, they stream music, which makes going to storage so much more enjoyable. It is highly likely that going forward I will only use Extra Space Storage for all of the reasons I just listed.
