This review is long overdue. I should have completed this review by September of 2024 when I first started renting my storage unit. My experience with Mike has been nothing short of phenomenal. He has been so helpful from the start of my rental process and any other questions I have had. He is always so delightful to speak with when I stop by to my storage unit. I’m happy to know that he is there and that I have someone very dependable to come to if needed.

Overall the Extra Space Storage company is a little frustrating because rates are constantly changing and it's hard to keep up month to month if you don't pay for the year upfront. However, this particular facility is well located, clean and Mike the manager is incredibly helpful and kind - I'd rent there again just beacuse he is such a huge asset to have around!
