I’ve been renting with Extra Space Storage for a while and have had a great experience. When my rate recently increased, I reached out and Missy was incredibly kind and helpful. She worked with me to find a much better rate and helped me get a well-lit unit. Although I had to move to a different unit to get the lower rate, the process was smooth and well worth it. Excellent customer service.....highly recommend!??
