I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and nicely maintained. What truly made the experience stand out was Kathy, the property manager. She was helpful and professional. Kathy was welcoming from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.

The reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the company policies are arguably predatory… Cathy at the Center Street Location in Mount Pleasant is a master of her craft… without the amazing service and lending a sense of safety and comfort for those lucky to meet her and witness her easy going warm vibe. I’ve met great people who work for Extra Space and that’s probably the only reason they are in business… Corporate needs to stop spiking prices and preying on those who need more time to pay…
