I want to start off my saying Lynn was extremely helpful and kind. I gave 2 stars bc I went to my unit to move my stuff out and my belongings were covered in mold. As a single mom I lost everything. Very disheartening especially when it’s supposed to be climate control. I get things happen and that’s why we have insurance but something aren’t replaceable.

Her customer service is by far the BEST! There is never a time she doesn’t have an answer to a question that I may have and always greeted with a smile.
