The on-site manager Chris is amazing. Very nice and helpful. The facility itself is nice and clean and a great location. Unfortunately the corporate management is not as great. They raise rates every few months once they have you moved in assuming it will be to inconvenient to move again and you will just go with it. I had 3 units and have now moved all 3 somewhere else. They made the decision easy when they reached a rate that I could hire movers and with the savings from the cost difference break even in 2 months. If cost is not a factor then I would highly recommend. If it is look for a place with a known hx of price stability. They do exist.
