Had a great experience with this storage facility while I was in the middle of moving. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated that the units were climate-controlled—it made a huge difference. Brandon, the manager, was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable and well-kept storage option!

DISHONEST. PRICE GOUGING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I’ve been in this facility since 2021. In Dec 2025 I switched to a smaller unit and was told the monthly charge was $113. Then only four months later in April of 2026 I was billed $208. When I called to inquire I was told there was an “automatic market adjustment.” To be clear - my initial rate of $113 was not a promotional rate or anything like that. This whole experience feels dirty - deceitful, fraudulent, and manipulative - and of course a nearly 100% price increase in just a few months is totally rediculous. I have already reported them to the BBB. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We have plenty of great options here in Knoxville!
