Don’t rent here. It is impossible to get in touch with a person who can actually do something to help. My rate started at less than $100 for a 10x10 unit on a higher floor. The rate has more than doubled, nearly tripled in cost since I first signed up. If I go online right now I can book the exact same space for $102. Why am I paying $250/month? It’s ridiculous. They clearly use a bait and switch strategy. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to call the local office I can not get ahold of anyone or seem to get a return phone call to remedy the situation. Beyond frustrating.
