They only receive 4 stars bc they are working Ketra too hard. Beyond an unfortunate set of events with my onboarding to the storage all worked out. The org must remember customer service is judged strongly on first impressions. Perhaps providing a phone call to new customers and ensuring someone will be available to receive the newbie should be on order. Ketra was great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews but people need to be warned. There was a break in and multiple items were stolen from my unit. They did not help with any recovery and said that they are not liable. Complete lack of respect for their customers.
