I did everything online, and even got to check in to my unit without having to stop in the office for more paperwork. Putting things in storage is HARD WORK but atleast finding a storage place close to home and signing up WAS EASY! thank you. Update a few months later: I have since moved my belongings out of this storage unit, and had such an easy time the entire time I used them. My belongings were always accessible. I could always maintain my account online very easily for things like payment changes, reviewing history, etc. most importantly, the move out process was much appreciated ?? all I had to do was get my belongings cleared and call the office to let them know. Thank you for being available when we needed storage!!

I have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. I originally was looking at a unit at another location, but it wasn’t available with the deals I was also looking for. Rick was and is still amazing - he got the deal I was looking for in a similar unit in a building literally the next block over, so it worked for my storage needs. Rick is the most happy, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind manager that I have met in a long time. He was extremely helpful and is always happy to see me when I stop by the facility. The only reason I have to give 4 stars is because the parking lot and loading zone are basically nonexistent, there are only 4-5 spots for cars and only space for one truck at a time in the loading zone for the entire building. If you arrive at the wrong time, you may not be able to park or load using a moving truck. It was also difficult to find the entrance, as it is located essentially in a back alleyway. Otherwise, the facility is extremely clean, I feel my items are safe there, and it is convenient to be located so close to downtown and the interstate. Highly recommend this location if the vehicle logistics aren’t a big issue for you!
