Terri is an absolute gem of a human. I called to inquire about a second unit during an exceptionally busy time and when I accidentally got disconnected, Terri called me back without question and walked me through everything all the way to signature. Her attention to detail and friendly manner made the entire process smooth as can be. I’m so appreciative of the extra care she put into getting everything locked in. Thanks so much!

Ebony was so helpful with everything that we needed and always had a pleasant attitude even though I called a lot and had a lot of specific requests lol. I would be happy to work with her again, she did everything she could to make our time there with all our operations run as smooth as possible. She really helped alleviate a lot of stress knowing she was on my side to help take care of things with all our deliveries. She kept me posted and informed and she was just great. If I ever come back to Nashville and need a storage I would come back to this location because of Ebony. Thank you, Ebony!!!! She helped make our event a success.

I've been a customer of this location since I moved here. It's changed hands a couple of times and is now Extra Space. Ebony has been the most attentive and helpful customer rep since I've kept my possessions in the facility. Top notch!
