My experience was short but left an impression. To start off with the lady up front was great and this has no reflection about her. I felt compelled to leave a review for a few reasons to start off with the place is horribly marked and is very hard to find a units in a very small place. Actually some of the labeling makes it harder to find the unit than it should be. Secondly the place is built on a slant so if you are using a cart or anything with wheels it tends to keep on going even when you stop making the entire process harder. There is also a 1-inch to 1 1/2 in ledge at the doorway of the inside units leading outside which the supplied carts do not handle well at all. There's not much that they can do about the slant that the place is built on but there are things like marking the spots better and making it easier to access the doors and maybe even providing stops for the carts that can easily fix most of their issues. So since these are easy fixes and they choose not to fix them I would say to find some place that makes moving and storing easier not harder. And again, the lady up front was very nice. She gets 5 stars.
