Tomas is what made me stay with this place. If it wasn't for him and his work ethic keeping the place clean, attending to customers in a truly timely manner, solving issues etc I would have gone somewhere else due to the rate at which they increase your monthly rental charge. In not even a year and a half, my rate progressively went to $136 for a 10x5 unit which is WELL above market average. That combined with the fact that it's barely climate controlled, I mean it is always sooo hot in there even on bottom floor and in the fall months. I've since moved to another climate controlled facility for the better rates and noticeable significant temperature difference. You could say this review is mostly for Tomas as Extra Space itself has miles of room for improvement.

Tomas is very helpful and friendly! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable and patient. The units are clean and overall it is a well kept property. However, I am a little disappoint that after only 3 months my payment was more than double the original price
