The Extra Space Storage facility on Boston Lane in Austin has been a great place for storing our things. The facility is always clean and the covered parking area is great for moving things to storage in inclement weather and in the Texas heat. Cindy, the manager, has been so easy to work with. She is very professional, helpful, respectful, and is making sure everything runs smoothly. With the security measures she has put in place, my husband and I have felt very safe going to and from our unit. We highly recommend this facility. Thank you Cindy! Had the best experience here with Cindy. We left our keys in another state and she helped us get into our storage unit very quickly! She was so helpful and professional, even offered us water on a hot moving day. She truly was the catalyst that helped our move run smoothly.
