I originally went to a different storage company/location, signed up online without seeing the facility and immediately backed out once I saw it in person. I went to Extra Space and it was the complete opposite. Clean, well maintained, friendly on-site staff. Cindy helped me and she was amazing. She was quick, friendly, knew everything about the facility, pricing, etc. whenever I call with questions she knows exactly who I am and which unit I’m renting. I don’t even know my unit number so I have no idea how she remembers all of that. I had purchased a lock for the other unit I backed out of but accidentally left it there and no longer had access to go get it. She happened to have a spare lying around and let me borrow it until I could get the other one back. Great customer service. In a world of AI and automated phone systems, having a real human being to answer the phone on the first ring is such a breath of fresh air.
