Price and customer service is excellent. We had an insane rate increase of over 100% but called the office and spoke to Karen and Tom and they adjusted the rate to a much more manageable increase. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is a smell of cat urine in the facility and can make clothes, blankets, curtains etc. that are not packed in a box have a slight smell. It goes away pretty quickly when they are aired out (no washing required to remove the smell). If they can get rid of that smell then I would gladly give a full 5 stars.

I’ve had furniture and miscellaneous other items stored here for over 4 years and am moving now. Every time I came to Extra Space Storage I felt safe. It was always clean and carts were easily accessible. It’s conveniently on 290. Management was helpful and kind. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Tom Bombara is specifically a very exception and helping person here. Had some trouble getting in at a few points but he single handedly helped me out. If you’re looking to sign up here for storage it’s great and I’d recommend asking for when he’s working.
