Incident of theft recently, not with my unit but within the facility nonetheless. There are currently no cameras inside the facility, only outside, which needs to be changed. Aside from that- always clean and I have personally had no issues. Tom, at the front desk, is helpful and communicative.

Used the indoor storage units. They were clean, and reasonably priced. Tom was friendly, helpful and always courteous. I would definitely recommend them for storing nicer items that need a climate controlled environment.

I rented a 10x10 storage. The facility is clean and easy to navigate from several entry doors. I received notice of monthly rental rate increase of 100%! After speaking with Tom about it, he was able to reduce the rate increase to a more reasonable level. I was also able to lock in that lower rate by paying for 12 months in advance.
