I rented a 10x10 storage. The facility is clean and easy to navigate from several entry doors. I received notice of monthly rental rate increase of 100%! After speaking with Tom about it, he was able to reduce the rate increase to a more reasonable level. I was also able to lock in that lower rate by paying for 12 months in advance. Update 5-22-26: After we reduced the number of items in our storage unit, I asked Tom to help us locate a smaller option. He secured a unit near our previous location at an excellent rate and managed the transfer in a highly cost-effective manner. Throughout the process, Tom demonstrated a high level of professionalism, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

I have rented space since this facility opened. Tom Bombara and all the staff there have been great to work with. They have always been very helpful and have answered my questions fully. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I recommend them to anyone needing storage.

Tom is a class act. Very helpful. Helped me save money. The company should give this man a raise, very helpful, thank you Tom. While I was there, tenants stopped by just to show him their new puppy. That's the kind of vibe he puts off, great with people
