We have been leasing storage space at Extra Space Storage on Hwy 290 West in Dripping Springs for two years and are looking to renew for a third. The site is always clean (both inside and out), carts are always available, and if there any questions, there is a staff member on site during normal working hours. Everytime we've interacted with staff they have been friendly, courteous and helpful. On occasion (seldom) there have been mechanical problems with elevator or entrance doors, but any issues/problems were resolved very quickly (things do not stay broken). I don't have much experience with storage facilities, but past ones have not always been this clean, and staff members not always the friendliest, so Extra Space is a nice change. I believe this location has set a high benchmark for service and quality.
