We love renting here. Kendra was really awesome while taking my payment. She smiled and took care of me. We love the location and digital access to the gates and doors. It has a restroom for convenience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Awesome, affordable place!

In October '25, my brother and I rented a unit here to store our father's possessions after he passed. We showed up with our Uhaul and began unloading all the heavy antique furniture, loads of books etc. Thankfully the facility was extremely clean, easily accessible and cool. Very modern and spacious. THEN... I foolishly tried to go backwards down the Uhaul ramp with a dolly stacked with 3-4 boxes of hardcover books. Obviously, I ended up getting run over by the dolly and eating pavement. We had to call EMTs and I spent the next 7 hours in the ER for a busted ankle. The whole point of this story is because I want to sing the praises of the incredible employee who was working that day! I never caught her name but she was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond as both a human being and employee representing this company. She made sure the emergency vehicle didn't have trouble accessing the gate, she brought me AND my brother cold bottles of water (I was laying on hot concrete in the sun and couldn't move...yes, that's October in Texas), and she checked in on me to comfort me and bring me Kleenex cuz I was crying like a baby. So yes, this review is due to a personal experience, but the facility is also wonderful! Whoever the angel was working October 8th '25, thank you so much for your kindness and we'll definitely continue to patronize the business because of your exceptional help and fantastic facility!
