I can't speak as a customer, but having helped a friend with a hectic last minute move, I CAN say that the folks at Extra Space definitely made our lives easier. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but Kendra is absolutely the GOAT for front office staff here. She went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute flurry of back and forth trips. And she did it all with a smile and friendly attitude. She's the reason this is a 5-star review instead of a 4-star.

When I was shopping for storage for an extremely challenging move, I expected the usual corporate brick wall if I asked for anything out of the ordinary. With my move out deadline looming and an impossible amount of household items awaiting transport before closing time, I reached out to my facility manager, Kendra. Kendra was extremely gracious, saving my sanity and preventing my having to make a choice as to which of my treasured items I had to leave behind.
