RATS, RATS, RATS!! Do NOT rent here!! It is infested with rats. The management does nothing to deal with it other than rely on the current pest control measures in place which are a few bait traps set around the property -- not enough for the scale of the problem. No efforts made to increase pest control when there is obvious evidence of an out of control rodent problem. Urine and feces everywhere. Chewed up items in units. It's disgusting. They do not care about your property. Do not give them your business. The office is not open during the hours it is supposed to be open so it is difficult to reach someone.

Found evidence of rodents (rats or mice) in my storage unit today. Can't report the issue to anyone because there is no one in the office even though the hours posted on the door indicate it should be open. No employees to be found anywhere on the property. This isn't the first bad experience with this business. Do not recommend storing your stuff here.

3rd time renting from Extra Storage in Austin TX. The process is so easy you could do it in your sleep!! The manager at the Pond Springs location was kind, courteous and explained everything in great detail. Moving is a stressful time and the last thing you need to worry about is storage! You won’t be disappointed with Extra Storage.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Was able to book and set everything up online. Tierney was a huge help when I showed up early on a Saturday. The unit itself was clean the doors worked great. I also like that the grounds are spotless. Thanks!
