Extra Space Storage @ 6512 has been great! Chanel who manages there not only oversees that the property stays clean and secured .. she is also personable and shows care to anything I bring up. That means a lot. Once, one of my bed frames got pushed into my neighbor’s unit by my movers somehow. She was there for me when I brought it up. She emailed my neighbors to politely ask them if they would retrieve it and pass to the office when they could. That was all I wanted and she took the time to check. The little things of care make a customer’s experience better. Extra Space Storage at 6512 McNeil is great!
