Extra space storage had great service. I had an issue with my bill and once I called and explained it was quickly taken care of. Chanel helped me with moving out and making sure my move out was smooth and easy. Never had any issues during the 8 months I was there.

She showed me two different options, and had the very best attitude about it all, which trumped everything. She was so pleasant and kind, and at ease herself. A very underrated compliment! This is a great place to rent a storage unit. Chanel was super friendly and helpful. I had to upgrade to a larger unit and she made the process very easy. The place was neat, clean and orderly. I highly recommend Extra Space ???? ??
