It was so easy to make arrangements thru the phone cause I would be arriving after office hours so they setup my account and gave me the password to access the gate without having to go when the people in office would be present. Storages very clean and easy to access.

Items "Stolen" with no accountability from management. Account was current and I was still charged for October. Last went in on September 15th; unit was cleared out by the 17th and listed as available for rent on the 18th. According to them they saw an empty unit, assumed I moved out, and didn’t follow any procedures or contact me. By the time I came back a month later, all the video evidence was already deleted. No explanation, no communication, and my belongings are gone. Do not recommend.
