I cannot speak highly enough about this location and its manager Paul. I sincerely mean that. As someone who has had multiple storage units across the country due to the nature of my work (consulting), this has been BY FAR the best experience at any facility and with any manager. The facility itself is new and immaculate: it's clean and you may even catch Paul himself cleaning up little odds and ends around the facility and if he sees you, you will be greeted and welcomed home. Due to the nature of storage units, you tend to get in at a great rate and then annihilated later on with increased costs. Because I end up needing to stay in one location for 1-2 years at a time, I had called and emailed a few storage facilities to see if I could pre-pay a rate or lock-in a rate for an extended period of time. 95% of those calls and emails went completely unreturned. Now this is something that may not always work or be allowed, but Paul did try for me to get the rate kept above what I initially paid but not quite astronomical for ~6 month period. Him just returning my call, making the effort, etc. really meant the world to me. If you're looking for a great, safe place to leave your things for a little while - please give this facility a consideration. I've been so happy so far and again, a huge thanks to Paul for making an effort to make my storage experience a great one.

Do not use this facility. They will triple your rate the next month after you get a unit with them. The customer service if awful.
