I’m writing this review in regards to my Mother who was a customer for 2 years here. Always paid on time, kept her things neat and never caused any problems. She recently bought a house so was able to finally move out and grab all her things out from her unit. She had hired movers to come grab her things and that was the end of it. However this past Friday on 08/21; she received a call from the guy that works at the front desk stating her movers dumped her furniture. Items included things such as a broken TV, a white sofa, etc and INSISTED it was her movers responsible and that they were going to charge her a $300 trash removal fee. When my mom explained that none of the items he described were hers, he very rudely continued accusing her saying things such as, ”We have you on camera, and if you don’t pay it we’ll take it to collections”. My poor mom who has worked so hard ended up breaking down in tears that night as she was so mentally exhausted. She finally called back the next day and stated that she would like to review the camera footage, and if it really was her movers, she will take responsibility and pay the $300. Monday morning they called her to inform her that it was not her belongings nor her movers and said the charge is gone. No apologies or accountability for the accusation and the guy that had called her on the phone who was rude as ever to a 73 year old woman is unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get scolded over the phone and no apology afterwards.
