We needed a storage unit quickly and actually ran across this one by grace. Was able to get a discounted web price and EVERYTHING was done on the web and by phone. The process wasnt that long. And for added convenience, the purchased lock was waiting inside the storage upon arrival. Acess code to facility was sent to email after completed. If I ever need a storage in the future I would definitely use again. Follow up, right before it was time to get our belongings out of storage we received a phone call saying that out storage lock was off and wanted to know if we did it. We did not.. Got there and the lock had been cut off. They ran security tape and it showed homeless people staying at emcampment behind storage had broken into several units. Nothing seemed missing from our unit but still dont know for sure till this day. My previous review had to be edited because I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. And its not due to some of the employees that work there. But due to all the homeless people hanging around. Which unfortunately is not safe. Oh, and all the rat traps. Thats definitely not a good look.
