Easy to go online to rent a space, they send info by email, the lock is in your space AND they even cut off a corner of that hard to open package so it was easy for me to get into. (I brought scissors and didn’t need them.). It may seem silly, but that was HUGE in my book! Thank you for that! The storage unit was clean, as was the rest of the facility. So far it’s been a great experience.

Needed storage for a couple of years and found the employees at the Major Dr location to always be friendly and helpful. LaToshia is top notch and takes great care of her clients! I had 2 units in my time here and never had an issue. Would recommend this storage facility for your needs. Always felt safe & well cared for. Clean & no problems with rodents.

I was a 15 year customer of Uncle Bob's.. The storage facilities. They were managed very well. Storage units were clean and maintained good climate control. There was always a flatbed dolly available. The staff was fantastic. Extra Space Storage continues those qualities. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The prices are budget friendly withe easy access. I've had a Storage space there for the past 8 years. Extra Space Storage deserves 5 stars.

Latasha the store manager is so nice and very informative. She showed me my unit before taking my payment. She made sure I knew how to access my unit and the gate to enter. The storage unit is clean and all together it was a simple process!
