Was even trynna tell the lady I need get something from my unit that it was an emergency after I payed full amount she rudely told me no bc they were gonna close in 6 mins I kept telling her it was an emergency that I really needed it then lady proceeded to just have a attitude with me when I really needed it

This was my first experience with a storage unit, and it exceeded expectations. The unit was clean and well lit. The personnel at this location and the location just around the corner on College St were super helpful. Their app is great and provides easy digital access and rental management. No complaints about any part of the process.
