Ms. Brianna was very professional and personable. She was very efficient setting up my second storage unit at Extra Space and saved me time. I had complications getting into my unit and Ms Brianna did not hesitate to come out, in the rain, to accommodate me with another unit when I was in the middle of my move. Her customer service was awesome! Extra Space storage staff at both my units are very pleasant to work with.
