Jackson runs the Carrollton location for Extra Storage Space. This guy is not only personable, but really cares about your interest! He’ll bend over backwards in assisting you and definitely goes the extra mile! I would not have kept the storage units I have there long term if it hadn’t been for Jackson! If you need ANY type of temporary or even long term storage options, please contact Jackson! You won’t regret it!!

While the facility and ppl are nice. My complaint is with the website. I specifically looked only at climate controlled units. I didn’t look at ANY units that were drive up access. Even after I booked it there were instructions about climate controlled. I know nothing about storage since I have never done this. After everything was moved in and the movers left. I went to thank the guys for their help. When I mentioned climate controlled units, I was informed none of those were but they could put me in one but I would have to pay for movers to do it. I just spent all I had to move my items and couldn’t afford to hire again. So now I am continuously concerned about my tv and other belongings in there. They need to fix this issue or move the items at no charge since I specifically ONLY looked at climate controlled and this is not what I got.
